Abonnements

Sapaude Pro, das Abonnement der App, wird nicht auf dieser Website geschlossen. Nur das Jahresabo (39,99 € pro Jahr) enthält eine kostenlose Testphase von einer Woche. Apple rechnet es nach sieben Tagen automatisch ab, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der Testphase in den Abonnement-Einstellungen der Apple-ID gekündigt wird. Das Monatsabo (7,99 €) hat keine Testphase und wird sofort abgerechnet. Verkauf, Zahlung, Kündigung und Erstattung laufen über Apple. Die Nutzungsbedingungen beschreiben das. Soweit die App später bei Google Play angeboten wird, rechnet dieser Store den dortigen Eintrag ab.

Eine Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer wird nicht geführt. Soweit der Anbieter als Kleinunternehmer nach § 19 UStG keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet, weist eine Rechnung das aus. Diese Website stellt selbst keine Rechnung aus.

Sapaude Pro is not sold on this website. Only the yearly subscription (39.99 € per year) includes a one-week free trial. Apple bills it automatically after seven days unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends in the Apple ID subscription settings. The monthly subscription (7.99 €) has no trial and is billed immediately. Apple sells, bills, cancels, and refunds it. The Terms of Use describe that. If the app is later offered on Google Play, that store would bill that listing.

No VAT identification number is published. Insofar as the operator is a small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) and does not charge VAT, an invoice states that. This website does not itself issue an invoice.
